Funding covers a wide range of Leadership and Management activity:

• Developing an effective personal style - i.e. communication and presentation skills, confidence/assertiveness building.
• Creating a joint enterprise culture with your workforce - i.e. change management, organisational development, conflict resolution, developing a senior team.
• Planning and developing an effective organisation and teams - i.e. team building, roles and responsibilities, performance and people management.
• Leading and managing employee performance - i.e  coaching skills, motivation, monitoring and reviewing performance, staff development, giving feedback.

Eligibility Criteria Apply:

• You must be the MD or owner of a private company or social enterprise that employs less than 50. 
• If your business employs more than 50 but less than 250, funding covers either the MD/owner OR a senior manager reporting directly to them. 
• Your organisation must also be able to demonstrate that it is growing or could grow in the future.
• Funding must be matched on a pound for pound basis.
• You can apply for funding even if you’ve benefited from Leadership and Management funding in a previous year, but you must be able to meet the eligibility criteria and demonstrate that your business is growing or could grow.
