Is there any funding available?

Yes! If you are based in the East Midlands and your organisation consists of 5 - 249 people. 

How long does the Mentoring and Coaching Skills for Managers training take?

Each programme takes four days

How long does the coaching process take?

This is very dependent on the client and what they want to achieve, but as a benchmark, 6-8 sessions is fairly typical.

What geographical area do you cover?

Predominantly in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, however we do cast the net as far as Manchester, Birmingham and London depending on client requirements.

Where are you based?

Between Nottingham and Lincoln.

What sort of organisations do you work with?

Again, any and all from sole traders and SME's to Egg, The University of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Police. Check the Testimonials section!
