What If Coaching isn't just a business to me, helping people make the changes they need to take them from where they are now to where they want to be is an absolute passion. I know the power of coaching; I've seen it transform lives and re-shape businesses. It's an exciting privilege to be a part of this process.

All personal coaching is delivered by me. When it comes to business coaching I have a network of coaches and facilitators who are brought in as and when appropriate due to specific experience, location and demand.

Coaching is a profession with little regulation; I take the integrity of my business very seriously and as such, stay at the forefront in terms of qualifications and associations with other professional bodies. I am a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists and a founder member of the Coaching Circle.

The ethos of What If... Coaching is to meet the specific needs of each individual client and develop a personalised programme which is constantly evaluated for effectiveness. Although I work with a network of coaches who are at the top of their individual fields, I'm personally involved in every project and as such, can ensure that high standards are maintained.

The aim of What If... Coaching is to see clients generate a healthy return on their investment and reach their specific goals. Nearly all our work comes by way of recommendation and so maintaining client satisfaction is my top priority.

What If… Coaching is based in the East Midlands. Most coaching is conducted on a face to face basis however, telephone coaching is also available.

My training included aspects of traditional psychotherapy, life coaching tools and techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and coaching in a corporate context. I receive regular supervision and keep my skills up to date with Continual Professional Development courses.

I have coached individuals to:

  • set robust goals, agree plans and take action
  • prioritize and manage their time
  • meet expectations following promotion
  • take their business to the next step
  • understand and motivate their team

I graduated in Business and Computing in 1989 and spent 12 years climbing the IT corporate ladder, starting off developing code and concluding in managing major projects. I knew that there was something more fitting to my strengths and talents but had no idea what and in 2002 sought out career coaching. That was when I came across life and business coaching and knew that it was what I'd been looking for. I retrained as a professional motivation coach and traded in my world of all things technical for a world of people and self development.
